Rincon's music ministry offers various opportunities to lead in worship for all ages and talents.
Chancel Choir- Rehearsals are Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30 PM in the Sanctuary. The Chancel Choir leads the congregation in worship at the 11:00 AM services each Sunday, as well as at special services throughout the year. The choir is open to persons of all musical abilities high school and older. A wide variety of music is chosen by a well-trained Director of Worship.
Children's Choir - Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Four-year-olds through Kindergarten participate in the Angel Wings Choir while first graders through fifth graders are in the Rockin' Kids Choir. The children are lead in praise music and participate in worship services at various times throughout the year.
Handbell Choir- We enjoy a 3 octive handbell choir. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:00 - 7:00 PM. A color-coded methodology lets even the beginner get involved in this special choir. Those who can read music are welcome, but this skill is not necessary . Open to 12th graders and above.
Praise Band - Rehearsals are on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary. This musical group allows instrumentalists and vocalists to express their faith through today's popular praise and worship music.
Journeymen Of Praise - This close-harmony all male group practices in the choir room on Wednesday nights following the Chancel Choir rehearsal.
